This document is a working skeleton drafted to support A2P 10DLC submission and basic legal hygiene. It is NOT lawyer-reviewed. Before sending material outbound volume or onboarding customers beyond the founding cohort, replace this with copy from a licensed attorney or a vetted service (Termly, Iubenda, etc.).
Who we are
Colorado Trade Leads is a service of Consider It Done Contracting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We provide missed-call recovery and lead-management software to trade contractors operating in Colorado.
What we collect
- From our customers (contractors): business name, owner name, email, phone, trade, city, billing details via Stripe (we never store card numbers ourselves), Twilio number assigned to the account, lead activity logs.
- From end-callers (the people calling our customers): phone number, the content of SMS messages sent to and received from our customers' assigned numbers, timestamps, and call status (answered / missed).
- From public sources: publicly listed business information used for sales prospecting (business name, trade, city, public phone, public email, Google Business Profile data).
Why we collect it
- To deliver the service — when a call is missed, we send the configured SMS recovery message on the contractor's behalf.
- To bill customers via Stripe.
- To send transactional notifications (billing receipts, account updates, service alerts).
- To sell our service to contractors — limited use of publicly listed business data for outreach.
What we don't do
- We do not sell phone numbers, emails, or any personal information to third parties.
- We do not share end-caller data with anyone other than the specific contractor whose number was called.
- We do not use end-caller phone numbers for marketing.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site.
SMS messaging

How we store it
Customer records and lead activity are stored in Netlify Blobs and GoHighLevel CRM. Stripe holds payment data. Twilio holds message and call metadata. We retain SMS conversation history for 18 months from last activity, after which it is purged.
Your rights
You can request:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your information (we'll honor unless we have a legal obligation to retain — e.g., tax records)
- To opt out of any further communications from us

Children's privacy
This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and email any active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
