Colorado Trade Leads answers missed calls for licensed Colorado trade contractors. When a call to a subscribing contractor goes unanswered, the system sends the caller a text message on that contractor's behalf, holds the conversation that follows, and books an appointment where one is wanted. The contractor does the work and holds the customer relationship. We provide the messaging system.
Consent is given verbally, by the consumer's own inbound telephone call. A consumer who calls a subscribing contractor's published business number and is not answered hears a recorded disclosure before the call ends, telling them that a text message will follow, what it is for, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop it. Hanging up during that disclosure declines the messages, and none are sent. We do not buy, rent or licence phone number lists, and we do not send marketing text messages to consumers.
One reply to the missed call, then messages only while the enquiry is being handled — typically five to fifteen in a conversation, capped at thirty per enquiry. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent where a visit is booked. At most three further messages over ninety days if the enquiry was never resolved. Messages are sent only between 8am and 9pm in the consumer's local time.
We never charge consumers for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. Plain-English requests such as “stop texting me” are treated the same way. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Opting out is immediate, permanent, and applies across every contractor using the platform, not only the one you contacted. Reply START to resubscribe.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and most regional carriers.
The service is $255 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the period already paid for; we do not pro-rate part months. We may change the price with 30 days' notice by email to the address on the account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you ask the system to say on your behalf, for holding the licences and insurance your trade requires, and for honouring appointments the system books for you. You may not use the service to send marketing messages, to contact people who have not called you, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that does, without refund.
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and on Twilio, and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message arrives, that any particular enquiry converts into work, or that the service is uninterrupted. Our total liability to a contractor for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of El Paso County, Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting paying contractors are sent by email 30 days in advance.
