What's this page?

If you called a Colorado contractor and they didn't answer, you may have received a text message from their business asking how they can help. That text came through Colorado Trade Leads' system on the contractor's behalf. This page explains how it works and your options.

How you got our text

You called a Colorado contractor (an HVAC company, plumber, electrician, roofer, etc.) and they didn't pick up. Their phone system uses Colorado Trade Leads to send an automated reply SMS within about 60 seconds. The message comes from the contractor's business — it identifies the contractor, asks what you need, and gives you a way to opt out.

What kind of messages we send

Message frequency depends on the conversation. Hard cap: 30 messages per inquiry thread.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you anything — your carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply with any of: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

We'll send one final confirmation message and then no more texts from us about this inquiry — ever. You stay opted out forever unless you reply START.

Get help

Reply with HELP or INFO and we'll send the contractor's contact info plus the email support@coloradotradeleads.com.

Privacy

Your phone number and the content of these messages are stored only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, with a hard maximum of 18 months. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the specific contractor you called. See our Privacy Policy.

Carrier disclaimer

Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most major regional carriers.

Who's responsible

The contractor whose business sent the message is the primary party to your interaction. Colorado Trade Leads provides the messaging infrastructure on their behalf. If you have a service-related question, the contractor is who you want to talk to. If you have a question about HOW the messaging works or want your data removed from the messaging system, contact us at support@coloradotradeleads.com.
