What the service does

Colorado Trade Leads offers missed-call text conversations for licensed Colorado trade contractors. When a call to a subscribing contractor goes unanswered, the system offers a text and sends it only after the caller presses 1 to request it. It handles the text conversation and can share the contractor's booking link. The contractor or booking provider confirms availability and appointments; CTL does not synchronize external calendars. The contractor does the work and holds the customer relationship. We provide the messaging system.

SMS messaging terms

Consent

Consent requires an affirmative act. A consumer who calls a subscribing contractor's published business number and is not answered hears a recorded disclosure naming the business, saying what the text is for, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop it. No message is sent unless the consumer then presses 1. Pressing any other key, pressing nothing at all, or hanging up sends no message and creates no record of that person.

Consent is never inferred from the call itself, from silence, or from a consumer failing to hang up. Each keypress is recorded with the number, the time, the telephone carrier's own call identifier, and the version of the script the consumer heard. The scripts are published word for word at SMS Consent. We do not buy, rent or licence phone number lists, and we do not send marketing text messages to consumers.

Message frequency

One reply once the consumer presses 1, then messages only while the enquiry is being handled — typically five to fifteen in a conversation, capped at thirty per enquiry. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent where a visit is booked. Messages are sent only between 8am and 9pm in the consumer's local time. A consumer who would rather not be texted can leave a voicemail instead; that path sends them no messages at all.

Cost

We never charge consumers for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT or OPT-OUT to any message. Plain-English requests such as “stop texting me”, “take me off” or “remove me” are treated exactly the same way. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Opting out is immediate, permanent, and applies across every contractor using the platform, not only the one you contacted. Reply START to resubscribe.

How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for the contractor's contact details, or contact support@coloradotradeleads.com or (719) 259-0604.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and most regional carriers.

Subscription terms for contractors

The service is $255 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard, which opens Stripe's own billing portal; the service then runs to the end of the period already paid for and we do not pro-rate part months. We may change the price with 30 days' notice by email to the address on the account.

Thirty-day guarantee

We advertise a thirty-day money-back guarantee, and it is a term of this agreement rather than a marketing phrase. If the service recovers no leads for you in the first thirty days after your account goes live, you may ask for the first month's $255 back and we will refund it in full.

A lead is recovered when someone called your number, was not answered, pressed 1 to ask for a text, we sent it, and that person then replied or booked. A caller who declined the text, or who received it and never wrote back, does not count as recovered.

Ask by email to support@coloradotradeleads.com within forty-five days of your account going live, and we will refund the card on file within ten business days. After the first thirty days the ordinary cancellation terms above apply and part months are not refunded.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you ask the system to say on your behalf, for holding the licences and insurance your trade requires, and for confirming appointment requests and honouring appointments you or your booking provider accepts. You may not use the service to send marketing messages, to contact people who have not called you, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that does, without refund.

What we do not promise

Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and on Twilio, and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message arrives, that any particular enquiry converts into work, or that the service is uninterrupted. Our total liability to a contractor for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information, including consumers' phone numbers and message content, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. Consumer-facing messaging detail is in our SMS Terms · SMS Consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of El Paso County, Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting paying contractors are sent by email 30 days in advance.
