Your appointment

For homeowners who booked a visit by text with a Colorado contractor.

You called a contractor, they couldn't pick up, and you asked us by phone to text you. Somewhere in that conversation you agreed a time. This page explains what happens next.

Who is coming

The contractor you originally called — the business named in your text messages. They do the work and they hold the relationship with you. Colorado Trade Leads only runs the messaging on their behalf.

Changing or cancelling

Just reply to the text. Say what suits you better — "can we do Friday morning instead" is enough. It goes to the same place, and the contractor is told.

If it is urgent, or you would rather speak to someone, call (719) 259-0604 or email support@coloradotradeleads.com.

What you'll get before the visit

A confirmation when the time is set, and a reminder close to the day. That's it. We don't send offers, promotions or anything else, and we never pass your number to another business.

Stopping the texts

Reply STOP to any message and it ends immediately and permanently — across every contractor using Colorado Trade Leads, not just this one. Reply HELP for contact details. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping the texts does not cancel your appointment. If you want to cancel, call the number above.
