How the service works

Keep your published business number with compatible conditional missed-call forwarding. If a call reaches the missed-call menu, the caller can press 1 to request a text or choose voicemail. Texts come from a dedicated registered service number, not your existing published number.

The AI texting assistant collects the request and supports a two-way conversation. It does not provide live AI voice conversations, diagnose problems or guarantee a callback time. You handle estimates, dispatch and the work.

If you supply a booking link, the assistant can share it. Your booking provider handles availability, confirmations and reminders. Sharing a booking link does not confirm an appointment or sync your calendar.

Verify your setup before activation

• Check that your phone provider supports the required conditional forwarding. Keep normal answered calls with you.
• Complete customer-specific texting registration. The CTL demo registration does not activate a separate business.
• Test an answered call, a missed call without consent, press-1 text delivery, a reply, owner notification and voicemail.
• Confirm how to restore your previous routing. There is no fixed activation date.
